Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Weebly-to-Wix.com or ordering services through this website.
Weebly-to-Wix.com is a specialized website migration project of SiteBuilders.PRO.
For purposes of these Terms, “SiteBuilders.PRO”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to the service provider operating Weebly-to-Wix.com.
These Terms govern your access to and use of Weebly-to-Wix.com and the professional website migration services offered through it.
By accessing the Website, submitting a request, accepting a Quote, paying a deposit, or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions

Client: “Client”, “you”, or “your” means the individual, company, or organization requesting or purchasing the Service.
Project: “Project” means the agreed Weebly-to-Wix website migration or related work described in a Quote.
Quote: “Quote” means the Project scope, estimated timeline, price, and other terms provided after we review the existing website and requirements.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Website or ordering the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old and have legal authority to enter into an agreement on your own behalf or on behalf of the organization you represent.
3. Our Services
Weebly-to-Wix.com specializes in manually rebuilding existing Weebly websites on Wix.
Depending on the agreed scope, a Project may include:
- reviewing the current Weebly website and migration requirements;
- preparing a migration plan and Quote;
- manually recreating pages and layouts on Wix;
- transferring text, images, menus, forms, blog content, products, and other agreed content;
- recreating design and branding elements where practical within Wix;
- configuring mobile layouts;
- setting up agreed on-page SEO elements and redirects where required and technically possible;
- reviewing the rebuilt website with the Client before Site Handover.
The exact scope of work depends on the current website, Project requirements, Wix capabilities, and the accepted Quote.
Work not included in the accepted Quote may require an additional Quote.
4. Website Review and Quotes
Initial website reviews and Quotes are provided without obligation unless otherwise stated.
A Quote is based on the website and information available at the time of review.
If the website changes substantially after the Quote is issued, or if the Client adds new requirements, we may revise the scope, timeline, or price before performing the additional work.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, a Quote does not include third-party costs such as:
- Wix subscriptions;
- domain registration or renewal;
- paid Wix apps;
- premium third-party services;
- stock media;
- payment processor fees;
- other external charges.
5. Payment Terms
Unless different terms are confirmed in writing, Projects are paid in two stages.
50% Advance Payment
Before work begins, the Client pays 50% of the estimated Project cost.
The advance payment confirms acceptance of the Quote and allows us to reserve time and begin work.
50% Final Payment
The remaining balance is paid after the migration work is completed and the Client has completed the final review and approved the website, but before Site Handover.
We accept payment by PayPal or bank transfer unless another method is agreed in writing.
Payment processing, currency conversion, intermediary bank, or transfer fees may be the responsibility of the Client unless otherwise agreed.
Site Handover may be withheld until all outstanding Project payments have been received.
6. Project Scope and Additional Work
The Project includes only the work described in the accepted Quote.
Requests that materially change the agreed scope may be treated as additional work.
Examples include:
- new pages;
- substantial new copywriting;
- additional products or blog content;
- new integrations;
- new custom functionality;
- major redesign requests beyond the agreed rebuild;
- changes requested after final approval.
We will notify the Client before carrying out additional paid work.
7. Client Responsibilities
The Client is responsible for providing the information, materials, permissions, and access reasonably required to complete the Project.
This may include:
- access to the existing Weebly website;
- Wix access or invitations;
- website content;
- brand assets;
- access to relevant third-party services where required for the agreed migration work.
The Client is responsible for ensuring that all text, images, logos, trademarks, files, product information, customer data, and other materials supplied to us are owned by the Client or may lawfully be used and migrated.
The Client is also responsible for providing timely feedback and checking the completed website during final review.
Delays in access, materials, or feedback may affect the estimated Project timeline.
8. Existing Weebly Website
The existing Weebly website normally remains online while the new Wix version is rebuilt separately.
Starting a Project does not normally require taking the existing website offline.
The Client should not delete, cancel, or deactivate the existing Weebly website solely because migration work has begun.
The Client remains responsible for the existing Weebly account, subscription, domain, and related third-party services until they choose to change or cancel them.
9. Manual Website Migration
A Weebly-to-Wix migration is generally a manual rebuild, not a one-click transfer.
Weebly and Wix use different page structures, templates, apps, and technical systems, so some elements must be recreated or adapted rather than copied exactly.
We aim to preserve the important content, structure, branding, and functionality included in the agreed scope, but we do not guarantee that every Weebly feature can be reproduced identically in Wix.
Where an exact replacement is not practical or technically available, we may recommend the closest reasonable alternative.
10. Revisions and Final Review
The Client will have an opportunity to review the rebuilt Wix website before final payment and Site Handover.
Corrections and revisions that fall within the agreed Project scope will be handled as part of the final review process.
Requests that introduce new content, new functionality, or significant changes beyond the agreed scope may be quoted separately.
The Website is considered approved when the Client confirms approval in writing or otherwise accepts the final version through the agreed Project communication channel.
11. Site Handover
After:
- the migration work has been completed;
- the Client has completed the final review;
- the Website has been approved; and
- the outstanding Project balance has been paid,
the completed Wix website will be handed over to the Client.
Site Handover is the final stage of the standard Weebly-to-Wix migration service.
Unless explicitly included in a separate written agreement, the standard Service does not include:
- connecting or transferring the domain;
- publishing the Wix website;
- ongoing website management or maintenance;
- ongoing SEO services;
- post-handover edits or technical support.
After Site Handover, the Client is responsible for:
- selecting and paying for the appropriate Wix plan;
- connecting the domain;
- publishing the website;
- managing third-party services;
- maintaining the website going forward.
12. Wix and Other Third-Party Services
Wix, Weebly, domain registrars, payment providers, analytics platforms, apps, and other external services used in connection with a Project are third-party services with their own terms, pricing, policies, and technical limitations.
SiteBuilders.PRO operates Weebly-to-Wix.com as an independent service provider.
Participation in any partner or professional program offered by a third-party platform does not make SiteBuilders.PRO the owner or operator of that platform.
We are not responsible for:
- third-party outages;
- pricing changes;
- discontinued features;
- account restrictions;
- billing issues;
- policy changes;
- technical problems outside our reasonable control.
The Client is responsible for maintaining third-party accounts, subscriptions, licenses, renewals, and payments required after Site Handover.
13. SEO and Search Rankings
Where SEO-related migration work is included in the Project, we may preserve or recreate agreed elements such as:
- page titles;
- meta descriptions;
- headings;
- internal links;
- important URLs;
- redirects.
Website migrations can affect how search engines crawl, index, and rank a website.
We do not guarantee that existing rankings, traffic, impressions, leads, sales, or other search performance will remain unchanged after migration.
Search rankings are controlled by third parties and may change for reasons outside our control.
Our responsibility is limited to carrying out the SEO-related migration work specifically included in the accepted Quote.
14. Content and Intellectual Property
The Client retains ownership of content and intellectual property supplied for the Project and confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to use and migrate that material.
After full payment, the Client receives the completed website work created specifically for the Project, subject to:
- Wix terms;
- third-party licenses;
- stock asset licenses;
- fonts;
- apps;
- software;
- other third-party rights.
SiteBuilders.PRO retains ownership of its internal processes, methods, reusable code, know-how, templates, and tools that are not created exclusively for the Client.
15. Portfolio, Case Study, and Marketing Use
By accepting a Quote, paying the initial deposit, or otherwise engaging SiteBuilders.PRO for a Project through Weebly-to-Wix.com, the Client gives SiteBuilders.PRO permission to use the completed migration as a portfolio example, case study, and for other marketing purposes.
This permission includes the use of:
- the Client’s business or website name;
- public website URL;
- publicly visible logo and branding;
- before-and-after screenshots;
- non-confidential descriptions of the migration scope, process, and outcome.
These materials may be used on:
- SiteBuilders.PRO;
- Weebly-to-Wix.com;
- social media;
- portfolio pages;
- case studies;
- sales materials;
- presentations;
- other marketing channels.
The Client grants SiteBuilders.PRO a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to reproduce and display those publicly visible materials solely for portfolio, case-study, promotional, and marketing use.
If the Client requires the Project to remain confidential or not to be used for marketing, this must be agreed in writing before the Project begins.
We will not publish:
- login credentials;
- private correspondence;
- unpublished business information;
- non-public analytics or performance data;
- customer databases;
- other confidential information supplied during the Project;
without separate permission.
16. Feedback, Testimonials, and Review Requests
After completion of a Project, we may contact the Client to request feedback about their experience with our services or invite them to leave a review, testimonial, or professional recommendation.
A review or recommendation may be requested on:
- Weebly-to-Wix.com;
- SiteBuilders.PRO;
- Trustpilot;
- LinkedIn;
- another relevant review or professional platform.
Providing feedback, leaving a review, submitting a testimonial, or giving a recommendation is entirely voluntary.
The Client is under no obligation to do so, and declining a request will not affect the completed Project, Site Handover, or any other rights under these Terms.
Any review or recommendation submitted directly to a third-party platform is subject to that platform’s own terms, policies, moderation rules, and publication requirements.
Where the Client voluntarily provides a testimonial directly to us for publication, the Client grants SiteBuilders.PRO permission to reproduce and publish that testimonial in connection with:
- Weebly-to-Wix.com;
- SiteBuilders.PRO;
- our portfolio;
- case studies;
- social media;
- sales materials;
- presentations;
- other marketing communications.
We may make minor edits to a testimonial for spelling, grammar, length, or clarity, provided that its original meaning is not changed.
We will not present private correspondence as a public testimonial unless the Client has agreed to its publication for that purpose.
17. Confidential Information and Privacy
Non-public information shared for the purpose of completing a Project will be used only as reasonably necessary to:
- provide the Service;
- operate the business;
- comply with applicable law;
- work with service providers involved in normal business operations.
Personal data is handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy published on Weebly-to-Wix.com.
18. Cancellations, Refunds, and Termination
If the Client cancels a Project after work has begun, any refund will depend on:
- the work already completed;
- costs already incurred;
- the accepted Quote;
- applicable law.
Where the value of work already completed equals or exceeds the advance payment, the advance payment may be retained and additional completed work may remain payable.
Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory cancellation or refund rights that apply under consumer law.
We may suspend or terminate a Project if:
- required payment is not made;
- necessary access or materials are not provided;
- communication stops for an unreasonable period;
- the requested work becomes unlawful or impossible;
- the Client materially breaches these Terms;
- the Client engages in abusive, fraudulent, or unlawful behavior.
If a Project is terminated, the Client remains responsible for payment for work completed up to the termination date, subject to applicable law.
19. Project Timelines
Any completion date or timeline is an estimate unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Timelines depend on:
- website complexity;
- content volume;
- access;
- communication;
- feedback;
- third-party services;
- changes to Project scope.
We are not responsible for delays caused by missing materials, delayed Client feedback, third-party platform issues, additional requests, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
20. Website Content and Client Approval
The Client is responsible for reviewing the completed Website before approval.
This includes checking:
- text;
- contact details;
- images;
- links;
- forms;
- menus;
- product information;
- blog content;
- legal pages;
- pricing information;
- business details;
- other content relevant to the Client’s business.
We are not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated information that remain after the Client has reviewed and approved the completed Website, except to the extent such responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
21. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, SiteBuilders.PRO will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from the Website or Service, including loss of:
- revenue;
- profits;
- business opportunities;
- search rankings;
- website traffic;
- data;
- reputation.
Our total liability relating to a particular Project will not exceed the amount actually paid to SiteBuilders.PRO for that Project, except where applicable law does not permit such a limitation.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
22. Backups and Data
Clients should maintain appropriate copies or backups of important website content and business data.
We cannot guarantee permanent availability of data held by Weebly, Wix, or other third-party services.
The Client should keep the original Weebly website and account available until they have completed their own domain connection and publication process and are satisfied that the new Website is operating as intended.
23. Information Published on the Website
Blog articles, platform comparisons, migration guides, pricing explanations, and other information published on Weebly-to-Wix.com are provided for general informational purposes.
Website builder features, prices, policies, and technical capabilities can change.
Website content does not create a binding Project commitment unless a statement is specifically incorporated into an accepted Quote or written agreement.
24. Links to Other Websites
Weebly-to-Wix.com may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by SiteBuilders.PRO.
We are not responsible for their:
- content;
- privacy policies;
- terms;
- security;
- practices.
Use of third-party websites is subject to their own terms and policies.
25. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Slovakia, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.
Your use of the Website or Service may also be subject to mandatory local, national, or international laws depending on your location.
If you have a concern or dispute about the Service, you agree to first try to resolve it informally by contacting SiteBuilders.PRO through the Weebly-to-Wix.com Contact page.
We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue through direct communication before either party takes further action.
26. European Union Consumers
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may benefit from mandatory provisions of the law of the country in which you are resident.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.
27. Severability and Waiver
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, it will be interpreted or modified to the greatest extent permitted to achieve its intended purpose, and the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.
28. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when our services, business practices, or legal requirements change.
The current version will be published on this page with an updated “Last updated” date.
For an existing paid Project, the Terms in effect when the Project was accepted will normally apply unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a change.
